Deonda Gardner founded Collection One Studio with a singular vision: to create a professional business ecosystem in Tamarac where entrepreneurs, professionals, and community organizations could truly thrive. Not just a room to rent — a destination built with intention, designed for impact, and rooted in community.
As a woman-owned and veteran-owned business, Collection One Studio carries values that run deep — professionalism, integrity, service, and an unwavering commitment to the people it serves. Deonda brings those values into every detail of the studio, from the carefully curated interiors to the warm, attentive experience that greets every member and guest.
Deonda recognized a gap in Broward County — professional, flexible, and beautiful workspaces that could support a corporate training on Tuesday, a nonprofit workshop on Wednesday, and a content creation session on Thursday. Spaces that serve business owners and entrepreneurs without requiring them to choose between the work they need to do and the resources they need to do it well. Collection One Studio was built to fill that gap.
Her background in community building, combined with a deep knowledge of South Florida's entrepreneurial landscape, shaped a studio that does more than provide space — it creates conditions for growth. Every detail, from the conference room configuration to the membership structure, is designed to remove friction and give professionals what they need to do their best work.
Deonda is passionate about entrepreneurship, youth development, and the belief that access to professional, beautiful spaces is transformative — for businesses, for individuals, and for communities. The Youth Leadership Academy, community workshops, and nonprofit programming at Collection One Studio are an extension of that belief.
